) SS. SAFFORD, AZ AUGUST 11, 2026 STATE OF ARIZONA, COUNTY OF GRAHAM ) The Graham County Board of Supervisors met in a special session this date with the following present: James A. Palmer, Chairman; Drew John, Member; Mark C. Herrington, Member; Terry Cooper, Clerk. Chairman Palmer called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman Palmer called for a public hearing under the provisions of A.R.S. 42-303.01, at which any taxpayer could appear and be heard in favor of or against any proposed expenditure or tax levy as published in the Eastern Arizona Courier on July 23, 2026 and August 3, 2003. Board Clerk Terry Cooper presented all pertinent information for the Truth in Taxation Hearing. The Board convened the meeting to finally determine and adopt estimates of proposed expenditures for the various purposes set forth in the published proposal. Upon motion of Supervisor Herrington, seconded by Supervisor John, all members voting 'aye' and none voting 'nay', the Board approved the final budget as presented and authorized a Resolution for Adoption of the Budget for Fiscal Year 2003/2004. GRAHAM COUNTY RESOLUTION FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET #2003-13 FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004 WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Title 42 Chapter 17, Articles 1-5, Arizona Revised Statutes, the Board of Supervisors did, on June 30, 2003, make an estimate of the different amounts required to meet the public expenditures/expenses for the ensuing year, also an estimate of revenues from sources other than direct taxation, and the amount to be raised by taxation upon real and personal property of Graham County, and WHEREAS, in accordance with said sections of said title, and following due public notice, the Board met on August 11, 2003, at which meeting any taxpayer was privileged to appear and be heard in favor of or against any of the proposed expenditures/expenses or tax levies, and WHEREAS, it appears that publication has been duly made as required by law, of said estimates together with a notice that the Board would meet on AUGUST 11, 2026 at the office of the Board for the purpose of hearing taxpayers and making tax levies as set forth in said estimates, and WHEREAS, it appears that the sums to be raised by taxation, as specified therein, do not in the aggregate amount exceed that amount as computed in A.R.S. 42-17051 (A), therefore be it RESOLVED, that the said estimates of revenues and expenditures shown on the accompanying schedules as now increased, reduced or changed by and the same are hereby adopted as the budget of Graham County for the fiscal year 2003/2004 Passed by the Board of Supervisors on Graham County, this 11th day of August, 2003. There were no demands/warrants for any supplier Pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 11-217, as amended 1996, which totaled more than $1,000.00. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time and upon motion of Supervisor John, seconded by Supervisor Herrington, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 a.m. GRAHAM COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS James A.
